Service Description

I work with clients facing many life difficulties who would like support to understand themselves better and recover or heal from the experiences they have had. Some people have very specific experiences they know they find difficult and are trying to navigate, others may feel things are not quite right at the moment and would like some time to try to work on their well-being and change the way they feel. Through the process of counselling, engaging in exploration and building a therapeutic relationship, my goal is to engender change, empowering my clients to make choices that suit them and meet their needs. Being an integrative counsellor means that I can adapt approaches to provide the best counselling experience available within my areas of expertise and training, as well as being able to utilise my specialist skills should the need arise during sessions.
